WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

  • 30 Days after you received the item.
  • Free Return Label provided if the return is a result of our error.
  • Accessories, undergarments, and Final Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange.

We're committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery - in original condition.

We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error - you received an incorrect or defective item, etc. 

If you are interested in returning your items, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your return. A representative will provide instructions for your return process.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. However, we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error - you received an incorrect or defective item, etc. Please contact us.  If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any lost or damage return packages by the carrier.

  • K-momo.com online order CANNOT be returned or refunded or exchanged at the local K-MOMO store. All merchandise purchased at K-momo.com must be returned or exchanged directly to K-momo.com
  • Products must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed. If your return does not match the condition as stated in your original claim, your return may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 40%.
  • If your order is returned to us due to incorrect/insufficient address, we reserve the right to withhold shipping charges from your refund.

 

SHIPPING FEE & DELIVERY TIME

We aim to ship your order within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday) in the US. Orders placed after 1PM PST may take an extra business day to deliver. Please allow 2-7 business days for order processing and shipment.

 

Handling Time

  • Orders will be shipped out of our warehouse within 24 hours of your order being placed

  • FREE Shipping on orders over $45
  • $6 Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
  • $15.99 Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT'S PLACED?

 

We fulfill orders very quickly! Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it prior to dispatch. 

Please ensure all your information is correct before submitting your order. 

If your order is not yet shipped out, contact us and we will try our best to stop your order. Then you can reorder the correct item, however, it’s not a guarantee that we can cancel the order.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

 

Yes. However, due to our fast shipping, we can't cancel or change an order once it is shipped. Please contact our staff for help.

 

 

WHERE IS THE REST OF MY ORDER?

 

If you bought multiple items, they may ship separately. 

In order to expedite the processing of your order, we might ship your item separately based on availability, or they’re coming from multiple locations. 

Each shipment comes with valid tracking information. We will notify you via email.
