Returns & Exchanges


Merchandise returns will be accepted within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be accompanied by original receipt and must be a valid order in our system.

Please note the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: Any items from Brand/Vendor : Proclub, Shaka, TSL, Pro5, undergarments, hats, beanies, accessories, (earrings, sunglasses, body jewelry, bracelet, necklace, etc) and all items marked Final Sale.

Products must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed. If your return does not match the condition as stated in your original claim, your return may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 40%. If your order is returned to us due to incorrect/insufficient address, we reserve the right to withhold shipping charges from your refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with your name and order number.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

* Any item not in its original condition (visible/permanent damage and smells), is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds

Once you have received a refund confirmation email, please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to be processed. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 days for the funds to be posted to your account. Please keep in mind that we will only refund to the original payment method and cannot offer other methods of refund.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.



We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and provide us with images showing the defect and/or damage. Once your exchange has been verified, you will be sent a pre-paid return label. Please include with your package, a receipt of your purchase with your name and order number. Upon receipt of your item, please allow 2-3 business days for processing and shipment and additional 5-7 business days for delivery.

Please include with your package a receipt of your purchase with your name and order number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any lost or damage return packages by carrier.
